On one moist and gloomy morning 12 pax ran the track at goosepoop park also known as dupree while playing dodge bike with 72yr old bike riding champ Yellowsnow. Abs, abs, and more abs with a slash of legs & arms was the order of the day.

-at Tennis court, four corners, 10 plank jump ins, 20 plank jacks, 30 twisted mountain climbers, 40 Freddy mercy’s, lunges were method of travel between corners

-on the field for some dysfunctional captain thors (big boi’s & American hammer’s)

-Bear crawl across small soccer field

-fast Mary for 12 minutes. Several sprint intervals with the winner picking the Mary exercise

-where the hell is drumstick, gave the place a name and left. Droplets he lay and fly away like the seagull.

-Doddy was sucking wind like a pug running up a hill on the laps, then blows me outta the water on the sprints. Lesson here, don’t play poker with Doddy.
