The Thang:  “V” Time

Startex at Canyons and head north on Main down hill to the roundabout.  Turn around and run south back up hill to “V”.  Take right onto Rope Mill and head north up 2nd Woodstock Elementary driveway at top of hill, turn around and head back to “V”.  Rinse and repeat as many times as you can until meeting back at Canyons at 6:15. Mileage ranges were between 3.5 and 6. ????????????????
