The morning began with YHC hurting Picanha’s feelings. He thought YHC expressed a preference for the boys over at the Flying V. He was assured that there is enough love to go around and then we were off on a mosey.

The thang was divided into 3 parts. Part 1 involved sandbags and 11’s. Part 3 involved sandbags, bear crawls, man makers and burpees. Everybody mumbled and whined a little. YHC commented to Python how unfair it is that the tall guys have to go so much farther down on the deadlifts. Python later retorted that Clydesdales weren’t meant to perform bear crawls.

Part 2 was a comparative vacation, with partner one running a lap while partner two did big boys. It was most restful.

YHC’s playlist was exquisite. The weather was lovely and the company was great. I’m happy to report that Wastewater did not perform an encore parking lot dive. All seemed to finish up without major injury. Really, the only disappointment of the morning was the glaring lack of coffee.
