This was F3 weather. 30 something degrees and rainy. It’s better in the rain. It’s always better in the rain. Cold rain is better still. A little more wind and it would be epic, but you get what you get.

It was YHC’s honor to execute a beatdown designed by one of the HIMiest HIMs around, Hombre. Hombre is counted among the number present as he was there in spirit. (Breaking back blast protocol: we love you Dale and will be looking to have you back asap.)

Standard mosey around the parking lot and circled up for a quick disclaimer and warm up.

SSH IC x 23, Weed Pickers IC x10, Windmills IC x10, Cooperhead squats IC x 10, Weed Pickers (encore) IC x 10, Thunder Burpees with resting SSH to Thunderstruck.

The Thang:

Mosey 1 lap around front driveway – Break into two groups – Plank while first PAX does 1 Merkin, second PAX does 2, increasing to 20. Run to flag and back when complete.

Mosey 1 lap around driveway – Ninja 100’s OYO – facing each other – form counts!!

10 burpees, 10 double count mtn climbers, 10 double squat jumps, X3 + 10 burpees

Mosey 1 lap then mosey to parking lanes – Bear Crawl Lunges – bear crawl to first line, lunge back, do a burpee, bear crawl to second, etc. Got to 6 or 7 before time called (typical of PB, had YHC “lapped” a couple times.) Back to the flag for COT.

COT: Hustler and Sweeny Todd decided to switch names in the name-o-rama. A silly little thing but it cracked YHC up. Exactly the goofy kind of stuff that makes F3 fun. Just knuckleheads who like to do hard and dumb stuff together. Charmin was 6th man and said the favorite part of F3 is driving away after a beatdown. Dilly dilly, Charmin.
