WARMARAMA

Amongst the gloom, of course, it was raining. We did a SHORT mosey on the Amphitheater stage. Then the Q led through several Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Micheal Phelps, and Sun God Oyo.

THE THANG

The Q led us half a mile down to the Woodstock Fire Station. Apparently, some of the sidewalk was under construction. We then ran half a mile back to the grass area in front of the stage.

Veteran’s Eleven’s

We did elevens starting with 10 Merkins and 1 WWII Sit-Up. To travel from side to side, we first started with Bear Crawl Down and mosey back. Then we did Alternating luges down and Mosey back. We alternated these every time.

Next, we did sprints with a short stretch in between.

Then we went up on the stage and Weasley handed the last few minutes to Glamour Shots and did stretches.
