Mosey the lot once, warm ups
11 islands in the lot, take a full lap then do an exercise at one, full lap, then the next, until the end then run up the stairs Rocky style and finish
After every song ends, do 4 burpees to honor the GOAT’s TDs on Sunday. At islands, rotate between 30 mtn climbers and 17 merkins to honor your amazing Bucs and their score against the Falcons. Gave everyone the victory hand signal after explaining it. At least that’s what I called it.

Bring everyone in for wind sprints to finish it all out (should have gotten 3-4 miles in)
