Little did YHC know that through a mislabeling of names in “he who shall remain nameless'” phone, Icy Hot was actually offering to Q. Oh well, both Icy Hot and YHC rolled with the mixup, and thus, this morning’s shenanigans ensued.

Finally, Bearway to Heaven. Complete bear crawls and descending burpees from 7 before the song end. Ran out of time in the last minute.
