YHC was reflecting on almost 2 years in F3, so decided to run back the VQ with some twists only experience can provide.

Took the same idea of stations with exercises below, in cadence, but spread these better than the VQ and hit 4 corners with about ~80-100 yard mosey between each station.

Station 1: Squats, American Hammers, Merkins,
Station 2: Copperhead Lunges, LBCs, Carolina Dry Docks
Station 3: Sumo Squats, J-Los, Diamond Merkins,
Station 4: Monkey Humpers, Flutter kicks, Shoulder Tap Planks

Ended with a 10 Burpee ring of fire and about 6 minutes of Mary.

So thankful for F3 and the HIMs that have helped YHC move toward advantage.
