After oversleeping for my January 8 Q, I made my less than triumphant return to the Ronin.  I hoped if I tired everyone out enough, particularly Panhandle, that would be forgotten.  I was wrong.

After a short mosey and warmorama, we got after it.  The plan was to do some bimbos:  Bonnie Blairs, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Bonnie Blairs, Overhead presses.  BBs are the exercise of the month at Ronin.

There was a station on each side of the large loop.  12 reps of each exercise were done (coupons were provided for the presses), then we ran around the loop to the other station, rinse and repeatfor about 57 minutes and we ended with a short Mary session.  Penalty burpees were done for the fartsack Q with the SHAME sack on.

Highlights:

Pitchfork wants grenades for fishing and loves to sing along to tunes during a beatdown.  Bonilla, due to his F3 weight loss, can now enjoy more sexual positions.  Bonilla has been suspended from Facebook for inappropriate posts (shocker).  Panhandle offended me with his use of foul language and playing songs with cursing.  What an asshole!!
