Counted off by 2’s. One group ran the loop while the other did AMRAP exercises that changed when the song changed. Weade it through 6 rounds

Moseyed back to the front of the school. Ran an interval of 4 minutes jogging and 1 minute of exercises until 0615. Just at 3 miles!

Really miss the Vineyard and you guys were awesome this morning. Can’t wait for summer so I can make the trip more often.
