It was a great day for running.  We ran the noonday trail x2.

highlight of the morning was escargot showing up as an fng, having only run 3 miles before.  He got in 4.75 today.   Kudos.  In cargo shorts no less….

in classic Catalina fashion, cargo wasn’t a good enough story so he recommended es-cargo.  And so it stuck.
