The Redline Site Co-Qs represented strong this morning by joining me on a nice 7 mile run after both of them ran 13 the day before. They could have easily chewed me out for getting lost on my own route and adding an extra 1.5 miles, but in a true showing of the HIMs they are they just powered through and pushed the pace on the last mile getting us back in just 5min after 6.
