Little Warm of Rama consisting of the usual.  Some moseying and SSHs, Picking of Weeds, Tumbling of Weeds, Michael Phelps, Sun Gods and so on.  Split in to teams, Dump Truck and me vs Spock and Tenderloin.

The Thang
This BD was set up as 3 races each consisting of 100, 125, and 150 reps.  Each race consisting of 4 stations with about 25m between each and then a 100m sprint to end it.

Station 1 – 9 Merkins and 16 Imperial Walkers
Station 2 – 20 LBCs and 5 Burpees
Station 3 – 25 Single Count Shoulder Taps
Stations 4 –  10 Mike Tysons, 10 Plank Jacks, and 5 Merkins

Race 1 – 125 Reps
Station 1 – 25 Single Count Flutter Kicks
Station 2 – 50 Single Count American Hammers
Station 3 – 25 LBCs
Stations 4 – 25 Crunchy Frogs

Race 1 – 150 Reps
Station 1 – 30 Monkey Humpers
Station 2 – 30 LBCs
Station 3 – 30 SSHs
Stations 4 – 30 American Hammers and 30 Overhead Presses

It was good and we had fun.  Showtime had a solid run while we did the BD.
