Mosey to the top parking lot. We had to get completely wet right off the bat so we started with hand release merkins. Did SSH & Weed Pickers. Partner carry all the way to the college.

The Thang:

Starting at the bottom of the parking lot hill, do 25 merkins, crawl bear to the top of the hill & do 5 Big boy sit ups. Mosey back to bottom of hill & do 20 merkins, crawl bear to top & do 10 Big boy sit ups. So on and so forth until you are doing 5 merkins & 25 big boy sit ups.

Grab a coupon. 21’s! 20 curls, rifle carry across parking lot, 1 squat. Rifle carry back & do 19 curls, then 2 squats. You know the drill!
