This week marks my 1 year anniversary.  At first I only was going to lead a few AOs, then I decided to lead M-F.  Then knowing that I never been to the Redline and it was in my AO visit challenge. I decided to lead the Q with slight hesitation.  I knew that I would never keep up with the gazelles, but at least I would plan a route that hopefully they would like to run.  When I picked the route I already had it on my head that I would not be able to keep going without stopping up Woodstock pkwy hill but i had Awesome company with me, WaffleCone and E-tool.  Listening to E-Tool do a running Ruck and finishing the 9/11, 11-mile Ruck just 3 hours earlier, it gave me the motivation to keep up with them both.  Right at 5am, we see a Pax across the street take off but we did not know who it was.  Mistakenly I thought this was a 45min AO when I planned the route but instead of stopping we kept going down Dupree road through noonday park with a little blackops to get on stonebridge rd, to townelake pkwy and back to starting point at WH.  Just as we were finishing, we see a flash passing us, is it a bird, is it a plane, we don’t know who that Pax.  My guess it was Panhandle, but that guy doesn’t run like Panhandle, he doesn’t have that running swagger.  We do the COT, and go inside into WH from some coffeeteria.  We then see Panhandle come in and join us.  Finished the early morning with some great 2nd.  It was a great feeling leading these men this morning.
