So, this was the first time going to the Buff.  Didn’t realize that the school was no longer open so I drove past it a few times, as I was looking for a sign.  This AO is lighted by one streetlight.  Very creepy.   Good setting for a BD.

Thang:   Short mosey around the parking lot into SSH, weedpickers, sun gods and Michael Phelps.

Circuit workout with kettlebells:  12 reps of front raises, one arm rows, pullovers, flutterkicks (4 count) and thrusters.  Then farmer carry to the end of the parking lot, 12 merkins there, and then farmer carry back.   We did this circuit at least a thousand times (slight exaggeration) and ended up with 2 minutes of Mary.
