Preamble:

F3 Cherokee must love some White Claws because the HCs came rolling in late yesterday after some possible post beatdown hard seltzers were thrown out there.  Alas, bringing an alcoholic beverage to drink in a high school parking lot before 7am while lacrosse practice went on wouldn’t have been a good look for the region.  Plenty of fun was to be had anyways.

WOR:

PAX did a Capri Lap in the parking lot to pick up a few stragglers then headed to the end of the lot for some SSH, Weedpickers, Mtn Climbers, and Hillbillies.

The Thang:

After the WOR PAX headed to the front of the middle school parking lot for some Apple Turnovers.  Bear Crawl for 3 parking spaces then Crab Walk for 3 parking spaces.  Keep alternating until PAX made it to the other end of the parking lot.

Next all PAX lined up on the curb for some Dominoes.  PAX started in Side Plank with left hand high.  First PAX would put left arm down for 10 Merkins then hold full plank until each successive PAX brought their left arm down to complete 10 Merkins.  Once complete line up again and start with Side Plank with right arm high and continue.

Next we moved to the bus lane parking lot of the middle school for some BLIMPS to the other side of the parking log.  5 Burpees, 10 Walking Lunges (Kodiak Count), 15 Imperial Walkers (Kodiak Count), 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats.  After completion of BLIMPS perform 3 broad jumps (to help us traverse the long lot quicker) then continue with next round until all PAX made it to the other side of the lot.

To finish up PAX did a Bataan Death March to the dumpsters behind the high school then back to the flag.  PAX at end of the line would perform 3 Burpees then race to the front and continue on down the line.  Made it to the flag with 10 seconds to spare.
