Warm-o-Rama

Enough of the 3rd F! Let’s go!

The Thang

We departed the AO and YHC quickly grabbed Bonilla to give him a heads up on the direction we were headed.  This was a good move because Bonilla is fast.  I think it’s from his really, really long…..legs.  Heading toward 575,  we work our way towards WaHo and YHC decides it’s a great place to give those early risers a show!

The journey and mumble chatter continued under 575 towards YHC’s surprise:  a slight climb up Stoneforest.  After some quiet quad work, we reached the top and YHC called out

Now finally warmed up, we carried onward with the goal of hitting the cul-de-sac and returning home.  However, Mouth-2-Mouth tipped YHC off to a “secret path” that would lead us to the the perfect spot:  the parking deck (and more stairs).

Sneaking in between some sad clown cars, we ventured into the woods where suddenly, nothing happened.  Well, Hasbro was attacked by some vines, but otherwise, no goat men, unicorns or chupacabras.

YHC yelled to the front, “STAIRS” and the line adjusted and took to ascending to level 3 of the parking deck.  Upon arriving it felt like it was time for

Recovering, we crossed the parking deck descended and set course back to the AO.  Luckily, we were lead by Bonilla, who rucks as fast as he slings quips and we had plenty of time to climb all the stairs more than a few times.

Circling back up at THE flag, YHC checks time and calls out

Ruck on plank

for about 2 minutes until we could end on time what was started on time.

COT

Announcement for 3F breakfast (via Zoom) and prayers for MasterCard and family, Hooch and all the PAX already or currently being impacted by COVID.  A reminder from 8-bit about the power and need for us to reach out to each other.  Whether in quarantine or not, offer words of encouragement, give a quick hello or just to let each other know we are still here and in this journey together.
