This BD was dedicated to Chubbs, who couldn’t be with us.  Idea was to give PAX plenty to complain about… but, as it turned out, the complaining was fairly minimal (I guess they needed Chubbs to remind them how it was done).

WOR: short little mosey, SSH, weed pickers, copperhead squats, sun gods, and Michael Phelps

THE THANG: jog to tennis court and everybody line up on one side. 40 rounds of at least 10 merkins, followed by jog to other side of courts and back. Every minute on the minute, we repeated. I think most of us got in 400, maybe some a little fewer, and others a little more.  Jog back to flag.

COT: Mansplain shared as 6th man, prayed us out, and then 4 of us met at the WH for breakfast — delish!
