once that was done and some marry was completed and the six was picked up a nice set of monkey humpers was completed and a double lap was completed for a nice cool down.

with a nice long air chair till the six was in since we weren’t going to be using our legs for the rest of the time.

once the six was in we got on our six for some crunchy frogs, WWII sit-ups, penguin crunches, and some Rosa Leta’s counted in Spanish.
