Pax started promptly at the glorious hour of 7:00 A.M., EDT

First 1/3 of beatdown was sponsored by JB, PAX moseyed down to the amphitheater where JB made entire group count 1-9 x2, PAX broke up into groups of mirrored numbers, for instance, 1 and 1 got together and 2 and 2 and so on…

JB instructed one of the partners to remain on the bottom doing a series of exercises while the other partner did an obscene amount of step-ups…once both PAX completed the task, they advanced to the next step/level and so on…

There was a lot of complaining and which made the mumble-chatter worth all the pain and soreness endured.

Second 1/3 of the beatdown was sponsored by Mall Cop, Mall Cop instructed PAX to go through a series of exercises including MacTars, JLo 2 count (not a single PAX resembled JLo in any way shape or form BTW), Captain Thor (1:4 Big Boy/American Hammer), LBSBCs, Dying Cockroach, Flutter Kicks, Gas Pumps (aka reverse LBCs), Super Mans 30s count each level and Hillbillies 4 count.

Mumble chatter was again priceless during the 2/3 part of the BD.

Between the 2/3 and 3/3 part of the BD, Jack Bauer announced that this day, Saturday, October 9th, 2021 marks the 2 year anniversary of the Woodshed AO, and as such announced that Mall Cop has done a fantastic job managing and growing the AO, and that Mall Cop is handing the flag to Charmin as Site-Q.  Please note, Mall Cop’s voice shuttered, some say out of genuine thanks and appreciation to Charmin, and others say out of fear…only Mall Cop will know.

The third 1/3 of the beatdown was sponsored by yours truly, Charmin!  This part of the beatdown truly sucked.  PAX got into two groups of 9 from the original counting of the BD, formed 2 circles (piss poor circles if you ask me) and held plank, we played a round of Duck Duck Lunge, where 1 PAX stood up, lunged around the circle while other PAX held plank and then resumed plank position with others and together did one merkin, then next PAX stood up, lunged around the circle while everybody else held plank and then resumed plank and group did 2 merkins…this continued all the way up to 9 merkins and then back down to 1.  The moaning and complaining and mumble chatter that ensued was absolutely priceless and I believe helped fill the Q sheet to avoid doing this again.

Once done, PAX moseyed back to the parking lot, flag in tow and ended the BD with COT, where we enjoyed the formalities of 6-man, announcements and prayer requests ending in ball of man and coffeeteria.

Please note: I’m thankful for the support, fellowship and trust of all the PAX of F3, particularly those I regularly attend weekly such as the Coop, Lions Den, Rattlesnake Riviera, the Puddle and ending the week at the beloved Woodshed…I’ll do my very best to make my predecessor’s proud!
