Since it took me almost 2 months to finally live up to my committed Q and almost as long to finally write the backblast..the only thing that I can remember was the WMDs! This was the one of the exercises of the choice you can do when you Q at The Ronin. Who comes up with this stuff??? PANHANDLE!!

WMD – Wide Merkin, Merkin & Decline Merkins. Do 10 of each…LAP, DO 9 of each, lap for a 50 something. The requirement was at least 50 and YHC decided to do all these at once. Bad idea. I do remember Panhandle and Tenderloin flying through these. #beast
