YHC is always humbled when a Pax personally calls on LawDog to Q a beat down. When needed, the Pax knows that a LawDog beat down brings a certain originality and enthusiasm to the AO that very few, if any, others can bring to a beat down. At least that is what I keep telling myself. So what better way to be original than taking it old school with a Dora 1-2-3 Buff style. The apocalypto run down drive next to the school is a perfect place to run the Dora with no moon light, no head lamps, and leaves on have the asphalt covering the numerous potholes. Overhead press,  swings, and squats all with the bells was the order of exercises. Run up the hill and do 3 burpees before running back to switch with your partner. Slum Lord called out a 4th round of curls, YHC was having no more of that hill, but curls sounded good. Mosey to the playground for curls while one pax does amrap pullups. 2 rounds of that with high pulls on the second round. Slum Lord was all like look at me I can do like 20 pullups. Mosey up the hill to the swing set, oh no, Paper Jam and Slum Lord have plastic bells, better not to the Mole Hole game. Line up at the woods for Round of Cricket thumpers. 1 arm row, then a cling, then a press repeat on the other arm that’s 1 rep. 5 cricket thumpers run to the first swing set for swerving, run to the second swing set for Bulgarian squats, run back to the 1st swing set for Bulgarian squats other leg, back to the bell for more cricket thumpers. Slum Lord tried to call rinse and repeat. Nope, LawDog said plastic bells be damned I want to see if Woody can Mole Hole a 35 pound bell. Walk over to the first swing set, 10 curls and then throw your bell over the cross bar of the swing set. Woody clanked his bell against the pole on that one. 10 curls and then throw them back to the other side. Slum Lord wanted a piece of Woody’s bell so one more round, then PaperJam was like I want some of Woody’s Bell too, so 4th round with Paper Jam throwing Woody’s bell. Well at that point LawDog was seriously facing some FOMO, so why not take a turn hoisting Woody’s bell over the bar. Now that everyone took a turn with Woody’s bell, back to the flag for some Mary. Planned on taking round robin approach, but PaperJam called out like a billion box cutters. Slum Lord really tried to high jack the Q right up to the end by attempting to call Merkins but YHC was having none of that.

Look at that. YHC’s is needed for yet another Q. Rest Stop called and begged for like five minutes about how boring Morning Wood was just running for 45 minutes and how much YHC needs to Q again, so looks like I will take my services there.
