ATM(s) – 2 rounds – 15 shoulder taps, 10 Tempo Merkins, 15 merkins

Run to hill.  Lunge walk 4 steps, then 2 burpees, all the way down the hill

Welsh Dragons – up the hill into Etowah East.  4 bear crawls forward, 1 merkin, 1 plank jack, 1 shoulder tap (which we forgot to do), then repeato up the hill until we reached 10

Mosey to Etowah East Parking lot.  Lunge walk and increasing squats across the parking lot.

Ended with Mary at the flag.
