Started with some merkins and full stretches, in order to prepare to what was coming.  The synth-wave music started and 1 minute rotations of planks, LBC, pull up, laps, squats, and runs continued seemingly never ending.  Felt like a painful, live action video game.  Game over.  Ended with deep stretches and of course quality ball of man.
