Intro:

6AM, March 6th, 1980 YHC was birthed in Durham, NC as just a little Boo Boo.  Although just a wee bear in those years, It was know by all at that I was always destined to become the Bad Ass Bear that F3 and the brothers at CrossRoads have made me into.  With nothing but 80’s tunes blasting on the new Demer Box DB2 (I saw you eyeing it Carmen) enough with the BS and let’s Mosey….

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosey around the parking lot and stay close to the flag area for a fashionably late arrival by Duggar.  Circle Up.

• Windmill
• Annie
• Copper Head Squat
• Side Straddle Hop x 40 to buy some time while Duggar pulls into the lot in his clown car

The Thang:

• Catch Me if You Can – Partner Up.  Pax 1 does 10 star jumps, Pax 2 runs backwards around parking lot loop.  Pax 1 then runs after Pax 2 and tags him and they switch places.  Rinse and Repeat for 3 laps around the parking lot.  I think I heard some groaning by the Clydesdale’s after about lap #2. Apparently YHC forgot I paired up with Aquaman and another Pax and left them to fend for themselves.
• OLD MAN – Mosey to the front entrance of the school.  Perform Exercises OYO all reps of 40.  Do all exercises that spell OLD O = overhead press, L = Lung Jumps, D = Donkey Kicks.  Run lap around parking lot, around flag and back to front of school.  Spell out MAN, M=Merkin, A = Asshole to Elbows(squats with elbows always touching knees, I think YHC made this one up but the crowd seemed to like it), N = Nolan Ryans (It’s only fitting since that old man kicked Robin Ventura’s ass when he charged the mound).  Don’t cross a pissed off OLD MAN that throws 95 mph fastballs at your head.

COT:

• Prayers for Dr. Thunder and his M, Katie.  Going through a lot with his M and cancer diagnosis.
• Geppeto 5K for Adoption
• Praises and Prayers for YHC friend Eric that recently had a valve replacement on his ticker.

Naked Man Moleskin:

• Questions about Aquaman’s sanity and his latest weight lose trend….apparently if you get a hard core stomach virus and poop and throw up for 3 weeks  he claims you can loose 20lbs.  I’ll pass.
• Pelosi has the hookup for Chinese knockoff professional jersey’s for all interested,  Hand stitched top quality SWAG made by 9 year old Mongolians all for the low price of $20,  although business ad shipping could be slow at the moment due to Covid 19.  Watch out for the link on the Xroads channel.
