This week YHC realized that some of us had come to believe that a perfectly good ruck was a walk in the park with a ruck sack.

While that’s to be enjoyed occasionally, it’s not rucking, which is full of purpose, determination, grit, honor, and respect.

So YHC decided to ruin a perfectly good ruck in all the right ways!

Warm Up

Ruck out to Noonday Creek Trail.

At the lowest, darkest point of the early trail 10 ruck curls IC, 20 side ruck rows IC (10 each arm).

Ruck to Hooch’s Hill. If you know you know. Farmer Carry’s up the hill. Baby Carry’s to the back entrance of the eye clinic.

Ruck up steps. 1 squat let step (28).

Ruck to mysterious field next I-575 along TLP. Yelled at by Exile who was rolling by in his way who knows where!

Puppy Monkey Baby: 10 Ruck on Monkey Humpers, Baby Carry ruck 50 yards-ish, 1 Ruck on Merkin, baby Carry’s ruck back. Repeat for 11s.
